I am a Sri Lankan born professional who has lived and worked in the UK since 1982. We have been visiting Sri Lanka regularly over the last 3 decades to keep in touch with our family and friends.
When our niece Inoka and her husband Niroshan were building their new house in 2017, we persuaded them to make it a 2 storey house. After completing their new house, Inoka, Niroshan, and family have moved into their large comfortable space downstairs and we kept and furnished the upstairs to UK standards as our 'cozy nook' to stay whenever we go to Sri Lanka.
We visit Sri Lanka a couple of times a year. And when not in use, we are happy to share it with discerning guests who like privacy and home comforts whilst visiting the coastal city of Negombo in Sri Lanka.
The apartment is fully furnished, has hot and cold running water and has a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. If you prefer, you could order your breakfast and dinner from Inoka who produces mouthwatering Sri Lankan cuisine!
