This is a private basement bedroom with a new Queen bed, desk space, and private recently updated bathroom. We are located inside city limits just on the edge of town. Our guests have to themselves: a full basement including living room/game room complete with pool and ping pong tables, a full-size fridge, dining table, coffee maker, microwave and lots of space to spread out if they wish. The entrance is semi-private and we provide off-street parking. The patio is yours to enjoy! We have 2 listings. But, if you plan to bring children, you must book our City Limits, Country Feel Child's Bunkbed Room, which sleeps 1-2 kids. (This listing will be made available upon inquiry & communication with host.)

Very quiet! Property is fairly private. We have a huge open, grassy space behind our home and will provide lawn games and use of our fire pit upon request. Sit outside in the morning or evening and enjoy the gorgeous views!
