Sunflower by the Sea is our 1 br 1 bath apartment (1 King-1 rollaway bed) that resides on the first floor of our 1950s beach cottage. We enjoy the beach life and now want to share our property with you. We are less than 1 block to Center Street dining, shopping, and the fishing pier located in the heart of folly. The public beach access is across the street from this unit. Guests have their own private entrance to apt.

Sunflower by the Sea is the perfect getaway for solo or couple travelers. While the place is a cozy/quiet apartment inside, it sits next to a restaurant with live music nightly until 10pm. This is a 1950's house. It has window unit AC and the kitchen gets a little warm. But the new living room and bedroom ACs are cold, there's a brand new king bed with a 10" Linenspa mattress, and we do our best to keep it clean and nice. If you are looking for a central spot across from the beach, in the middle of everything for a reasonable price, we think you'll love it and we're happy to host!
