One of the finest spacious apartments in the village affording a spectacular vista across the tidal harbour along to the Warren beach. All modern appliances , superb decor with oak wood floors, in the heart of the village just a few steps away from everything but just far enough from the hustle of the high street. Family orientation and suitable only to families and couples. Mid July till end of August min one week changeover Fri or Sat. Min age for let is 25yrs. There is one car parking space

Arrive at Glan Dulyn and abandon your car! You will walk everywhere. The best location in Abersoch within 100 yards of the centre but set opposite the former Riverside Hotel overlooking the Harbour.

Booking Terms and Conditions
These Terms and conditions to form part of the lettings agreement.

1. Strictly Families Only: We reserve the right, to terminate any booking entirely, at any point during the stay, without any refund, if the tenure is found to be of young persons, under 21, OR not a family, or occupied at any time evening or over night by person(s) under 21, not supervised by a responsible adult who has made the booking. The accommodation is not available to persons attending Stag or Hen party celebrations.

2. Pets: No pets are allowed at or in the accommodation without special dispensation to be discussed.

4.Cleaning: The accommodation is cleaned professionally prior to arrival and we expect it to be kept in good order, treated as one would expect with this type of accommodation and left as found as is reasonably possible.

5.Cleaning charge must be pre paid.

6.Maximum Persons The flat must not have more than 4 persons at any time ( infants under two excluded)

7.Linen and Towels: We do now provide a linen service. Please advise what beds are to be provided for at least ten days before arrival.

We understand that this is a no smoking apartment and evidence of this will incur a penalty charge

1: It is expected that all noise and activity be restrained to such a level whereby it is contained in the accommodation ideally that at no time should behaviour or noise migrate to the annoyance of another neighbour. By 22:00 hrs the development will form a quiet zone allowing for the peaceful enjoyment of tenants and fellow residents. Televisions will be turned down to a minimum and music will be curtailed. Late night returns to the property will be exercised in manner again not to disturb neighbours.

2: The Car Park is laid out to provide 4 spaces one for each flat and Flat 1 enjoys the first of these on the left which is confirmed visually by the clamping warning sign. During busy periods, the retail unit sometimes attracts customers who are less than courteous, but we ask for your patience. Please avoid parking in anyone else’s space as other guests/resident owners can arrive at any time day or night and will need to avail themselves of their own parking provision.

3: Entry into the external utility room for a washing. machine or storage of bicycle etc, is strictly by prior arrangement at booking as this is an industrial area which forms my workshop and at no time is anyone to enter without prior consent even if it is in use.

4: Extra keys are provided in the accommodation on a hook as you enter and may be used for the duration of your stay. You are responsible for ensuring these and those in the key safe are returned to their relevant positions before departure to avoid deposit penalty. If keys are lost during stay inform us immediately to avoid charges or get more cut at the hardware shack opposite.

5: Please empty the fridge and waste bins prior to departure ensuring the refuse is secure in the recycling bins provided. Make sure no litter is left around the stairwell or car park areas.

6: Ensure you respect any seasonal rules or recommendations posted on the kitchen board as noted.

7: No Barbeques, disposable or mobile, are allowed on the development for Flat 1 and expressly no cooking or smoking on the balcony. Smokers are requested to leave the carpark and find a suitable location away from the demise.

8: Use of the vacuum cleaner will be restricted to the hours of 09:00 to 20:00 hrs

Close to all amenities in the village, walking to all pubs shops restaurants and beaches. If you will be eating out we recommend booking meals well in advance to avoid disappointment.
