It has driveway parking, hardwood floors, big windows, a full kitchen, and a private outdoor patio. This mid-century home has a unique, private patio perfect for grilling or just relaxing with friends and family. The split-level design separates sleeping areas from common living areas. A choice of king, queen, or twin beds accommodates several sleeping arrangements. It has the conveniences of a full kitchen and washer/dryer and the luxury of a rain head shower. 5G WiFi reaches throughout the house and patio.

Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the locked hallway closet and basement. Guests may park on the street, in the paved driveway, or to the left of the house in the grassy space for one vehicle. Guests may use the entire outdoor side patio area; however the adjoining upper backyard level is not ready for guest usage.

Northwoods Nest is located within the National Park and you may encounter wildlife including the Arkansas state bird, the Mosquito. Just kidding, the state bird is the Mockingbird. Bug repellent is located in the kitchen closet.
Other wildlife may include raccoons, possums, armadillos, ground hogs, chipmunks, rabbits, squirrels, birds, bugs, lizards and snakes (poisonous and nonpoisonous). Be sure to watch out for deer, even in residential areas.

The newly branded, "Uptown" neighborhood is located off Hwy 7 North in the Park Avenue Historic District. Uptown is THE fastest growing transitional area of Hot Springs and is located in what's known as the Hot Springs Reservation.
Uptown is full of historic homes representing different architectural eras such as Victorian, Art Deco, and Midcentury. It is primarily a residential neighborhood with a growing number of businesses lining Park Avenue. Among them you will find Uptown's very own coffee roastery, gluten free cafe and bakery, weekend food truck court, pizzaria, iconic burger stand, barber, tattoo parlor, community theatre, costume and gift shop, preforming arts venue, convenience stores, car wash and more.

We, Cindy & Lucy, are a mother/daughter duo native to Hot Springs, Arkansas. Cindy is a county Master Gardener who loves to get her hands dirty. Lucy is a metal artist who also works at Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort. We love to travel and enjoy new experiences.
