Apartment is located 10m from the sea in a new villa. Our guests can use 3 sun loungers on the beach, a garage and a boat berth free of charge. The entrance to the sea is gentle, gradual. Apartment (45m2) has a terrace of 40 m2. There is a quiet 3 beach bars offering foods, 2 walking distance restaurants (Amfora and Veranda) and 300m away there is a shop. We have a plot of land 3 meters from the sea where guests can prepare their own barbecue and enjoy by the sea with an amazing view.

The beach is 15m from the bedroom. The baby alarm is not part of our offer, the parents brought the alarm themselves.

out the most beautiful places of Boka Kotorska Bay and the open sea (Blue cave,
Mamula island…) and to experience totally different perception of the Bay from the
water. In addition to the tour, guests have the opportunity to enjoy water sports, such
as wake boarding, water ski, donut ride, banana ride, etc. (at privileged prices as
well).
