Welcome to Beal Street House Bed and Breakfast - a surprisingly charming older home with some historical significance. OWNERS LIVE IN THE HOUSE. The 1-acre property in the heart of Fort Walton Beach offers guests TWO PRIVATE BEDROOMS, ONE PRIVATE BATHROOM, and ONE *SHARED* BATHROOM. The house and yard are a work in progress as we strive to restore the house to its original beauty. Please be patient! WE ALSO HAVE A FRIENDLY DOG.

**Covid-19 Update: This is an illness-free home. No one in the home has been sick and we have not been near anyone who is sick. Cleaning and sanitizing have ALWAYS been my routine, and I already do more than the AirBnB suggested cleaning.
*You are very welcome to visit with us, but please stay home if anyone in your group is ill. My prayer is for the virus to end quickly and for us all to be healthy and safe!
Guests feel "at home" when they stay. Rooms offer privacy, while the open floor plan allows interaction with hosts and other guests.
Kitchen and laundry are available for guest use, upon request.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONE BATHROOM IS A SHARED SPACE, available to friends and family who may visit. Most of my guests have not found this to be a problem at all. Separate bath linens are provided for guests.
We have a happy, friendly dog that lives in the house, as well. She really wants to be your friend. Please note: Bona fide service DOGS are welcome. Due to serious allergies suffered by family members, other emotional support animals are not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.
We are centrally located to EVERYTHING - beaches, shopping, military bases, and all the places to eat.

Please note: NO EXTRA guests. Our maximum capacity is 6 guests who must be on the reservation.
We have two private bedrooms in our home for guests.
One bedroom has its own bathroom
The other bedroom SHARES A BATHROOM directly across the hall.
The house has an open floor plan, so everyone can easily socialize.
Guests have access to the kitchen upon request.
Laundry is available upon request. Suggested donation is $2 to wash and dry. Honor system.
The living room is a shared, calm space for conversation or reading.

The house and yard are a work in progress. One day we will have a well-manicured yard, but not yet. This is an older home and we are working to restore it to its earlier beauty. We appreciate your patience if the yard and house are not perfect - yet.
