All guests are required to fill-out a health declaration form upon check in. Health certificate is no longer needed.
For your safety, wear your face shield and mask at all times when you’re outside the unit.
Any person below 15 yrs old, over 65 yrs old, and pregnant women are not allowed in the property.

Lay down and rest in the queen-sized bed located in the bedroom which can accommodate 2 guests. A double floor mattress located in the living room area may be slept on by 2 other guests. Pillows and blankets are provided for free. Vanity table and cabinet with hangers are available for guests to use.
Chill and watch Netflix and cable shows with the smart TV located in the living room area with comfortable sofa and center table. Surf the net with fast internet connection.
Dine in leisure at a 4 seater dining set.
A kitchen equipped with a microwave, rice cooker, kettle and refrigerator. Plates, cups and utensils are available to use.
Cleanse your body in its own bathroom where use of bath towels and basic toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothpaste and toothbrush) are supplied for free.
Relax and enjoy the scenery in the safety of the balcony with its own coffee table and 2 chairs.

1. Swimming pool
P 150 during weekdays
P 300 during weekends/holidays
Proper swimming attire is required.

* Fees need to be paid directly to the Admin office located in the lower ground floor of Tower 5.
* some of the Amenities may not be available due to maintenance service.
Basement parking is available for the guests to use for FREE.

No smoking allowed.
No pets allowed.
