this 4 plex is located in a working class neighborhood in Downtown Springfield, built in the 50s. walking distance to the old town square, 2 movie theaters, 2 parks, 2 museums and many resturants. 1/2 block to laundry theater. much of the buildings original architecture is intact. it is not a fancy place. the large original cast iron tub, poured concrete walls are painted. floors are the same with area rugs. new windows and Electric update. heat and air. This unit is ideal for traveling workers, residing in the city, for one or several months.

This is considered one of the most walkable areas of the city, it is known as West Central neighborhood. It is about 14 blocks from the Old Town Square and even closer to 2 movie theaters, 2 parks, 2 museums and a plethora of restaurants, bars, grills and microbreweries

I am semi-retired, enjoy gardening (mine and my neighborhood), many social events, friends and family, also a social justice activist. Duke, THE CAT, and I live in a turn of the century bungalow in Downtown Springfield, a short drive and sometimes walking distance to several restaurants, movie theaters, Museums, parks, Route 66, and the Brewery District. I have a wild and wooly backyard / Garden I love to share with friends, family and guests. Sometimes an evening gazing at a full moon or a back yard full of people, live music, and good food.
