The room is a fairly nice size of 14'x16' is located in the basement of the house with use of a share bath that is cleaned one time per day in order to keep everyone comfortable with a clean bathroom.
Room has a closet and was recently painted to give it a more modern feel.
We like it clean, we keep it clean.
*Shoes off in the house*
-No major cooking permitted, use of microwave and minor food prep is allowed and use of kitchen table is welcome.
Parking can be tough after 11PM and we can not guarantee it later then that, so if you are planning late home arrivals please plan accordingly. Parking tag must be returned at the end of your stay for others to use. (Charge associated if not returned)
- We have other guests in the house, so we have 6AM to 10PM noise hours, we try to make everyone comfortable so please be respectful of others.
And last, but not least...we do our best to be respectful of your space and privacy, and we want the same for everyone of our guests, we expect the same from all our guests....please keep our home clean. 🤗

Laundry will be charged $4 per Ioad. (Covers electrical, detergent and use of the machines) We do not do laundry for you.
We offer transportation service at competitive prices of other transportation services.
