Relax with beautiful scenic views, yet minutes away from State College, PA.
Entire cottage available in a quiet, relaxing setting with picturesque country/mountain views with only minutes' travel time to PSU, Beaver Stadium, Grange Fairgrounds, Penns Cave Wildlife Park and Seven Mountains Wineries. The driveway directly enters/exits Rt 322, the main thoroughfare to I99/stadium. The homestead sits .2mi. off the main hwy Rt. 322. Traffic noise is not a factor of concern inside the cottage.

*Home provides an open floor plan with a downstairs kitchen, dining and living room area, TV, bathroom/shower. Upstairs offers spacious living room with TV, two bedrooms with queen size beds and ceiling fans and full bathroom. Front porch is under roof with picnic table and rear patio has outside seating/table.
*We provide ALL ESSENTIALS for cooking, bathing and sleeping.
*Complimentary breakfast food items, snacks, bottled water, coffee/tea, and cooking
condiments made available.

*Entire cottage and outside areas (walking path), excluding the barn/pasture, are available for your enjoyment.

*Weekdays and extended periods of bookings (up to 7 days) are optional/available upon request.
*Maximum number of sleeping accommodations - 4 guests.
*Rates will vary for days/weekends when special events (PSU football games, graduation, parent weekend, etc.) are scheduled in area. For those special weekend events/rates, at least 2 of the weekend nights must be booked at the higher rates as a ‘unit’ (either a Fri-Sat. or Sat-Sun. night combination is optional and acceptable).
*Host will be on the premises at least twice a day for short intervals to attend to the barn livestock. Utmost attention and care will be practiced to ensure/preserve the integrity of our guests' privacy and space.
*Host is only minutes away and available day or night to assist you for any needs or questions. Contact numbers are posted on the refrigerator.
*Note to PSU football attendees: Host will provide information for alternative (congested-free) travel routes to the stadium on game day or a second option is the park-and-ride buses at The Grange Fair Grounds in Centre Hall, PA (4 mi).

*The tributary township roads off RT 322 are great and very safe for jogging, walking and biking. Colyer Lake, a 2 mi. drive, is great for fishing, boating and picnicking as is Poe Valley State Park, only 15 mi. travel.
*Homan's General Store which has very delicious hoagies is only 2 mi. from cottage. A Sheetz gas station is 4 mi. away. Seven Mountain Wineries is situated about 5-6 mi. from your stay.
*Then in Boalsburg (8 mi. west) the popular attractions are Kelly's Steak/Seafood, Duffy's Tavern and Pump Station Cafe. Tussey Mountain Skiing and Recreation Center resides in the same neighborhood, checkout their activities/events.
*Two popular restaurants located in Centre Hall - Brothers' Pizza and the Old Train Station (new owners).
