Modern practical, this is a livable apartment - two proper bedrooms, good furniture and appliances - new air conditioning and reverse cycle. light and open, easily maintained with Wifi available and 1 free under cover car space additional good parking on the street. Close to key locations in Geelong.

Modern practical this is a livable apartment - two proper bedrooms, good furniture and appliances - new air conditioning and reverse cycle. light and open, easily maintained with Wifi available and 1 free under cover car space the Apartment is perfect for a couple for a long stay. two couples for a week end or so or a family of 5 - we offer some flexibility with 4 actual beds (adding to 6) but maximum allowed is five. therefore a queen bed, a double bed and single bunk and a floor mattress mean for unrelated people can stay with their own beds. We offer a free under cover car space (1) behind a remotely controlled gate. The two bathrooms and two bedrooms (if bookings are for more than two). We have a washing machine and dryer. A balcony has view east and south east to the city. We ( the team) can offer all sorts of information and help, we meet you at the key Collection. However you are welcome to enjoy your privacy and enjoy the visit or if working enjoy a comfortable break each evening. Located just to the West of the CBD - the entire city is nearby. The Worksafe building just 2 minutes walk. NDIA just 4 minutes. The University Campus 5 minutes along Brougham Street. Western Beach is 300 metres. Geelong station about 200 metres or 120 by my shortcut. The area is quiet - a little traffic noise in tyhe morning but no Rail noise as this apartment faces east. Avalon Airport is 20 Minutes by Uber or Taxi, the sky bus a bit longer. Melbourne (Tullamarine) is 1 hour and the Gull shuttle bus stops nearby. Geelong Rail station is less than 5 minutes walk including buying your ticket We offer an excellent apartment - continuous changes are made to keep it in good order and to make improvements. The new owner has installed drapes instead of the roller blinds to reduce the slight street noise. The Dishwasher is brand new. The old couch replaced. In return we have rules as well. If you book two people we assume (95% correctly) it is a booking for a couple. Let one of us know if the booking is two separate travelers; that is OK we can unlock the second bedroom but note there is a fee - it doubles the laundry than two sharing & and increases the cleaning with the second bathroom used. GUEST NUMBERS: we have been subject to theft. Tricky guests book 1 person but have two or three - so I have changed the settings so that the fee is one person then a fee for each extra. If you are a couple (therefore booking for two) and using one bedroom and 1 bathroom I will offer a 30 discount per night (to bring it back to the old price for two) then please do not lie with the partner snores story. If you book two and have extra guests then after check in - when we find out the fee per extra is double per head. To the 100s of honest guests sorry for the confusion
