I am here to greet you, during our normal check-in hours od 4:00-6:30p. As required by St. Louis City, I live on site to make your stay comfortable and to assist in case of an emergency. Arrivals outside normal check-in hours must be pre-arranged to ensure I, or a member of my staff, is here to greet you. We do not do self-check-ins at this time. very early or very late arrivals may have an additional charge.
