This upstairs loft apartment is attached to the main farmhouse on our historic working farm in the beautiful Virginia countryside, just 50 miles from DC. This unit accommodates up to 5 persons, either 4 adults, or 2 adults sharing queen bed and three children.
With a unique setting and awesome panoramic views, this is the perfect place for a fun and relaxing farm-stay.
From our farm, you can easily explore all our area has to offer--from exceptional vineyards to hiking and outdoor activities.

The apartment has it's own private entrance via exterior stairs. The kitchen includes a range and dishwasher for your convenience. We have plenty of parking space available. The space is ideally suited for 2 - 3 adults, or a family of up to five with the adults sharing the queen bed. Please also note our refundable damages deposit of $500 which is required for all parties including pets or small children.

Our grill, smoker, outdoor pool and attached hot tub are all open for guests to use. Babies in diapers must wear protective diaper covers. Note that the pool is closed Oct - May. The hot tub is open through autumn, but please be considerate of other guests & residents, and of propane use to heat the hot tub. Adjacent to the pool deck is a fire-pit with seating which you are also welcome to enjoy. We have cleared hiking trails that meander through the woods on our property if you are looking to go for a quiet stroll.

Honor system: If you are traveling with minor children, please indicate 2 persons when you book and let us know via messaging that you have up to three minor children. If you are more than 2 adults, please indicate the number of adults so that we may charge the extra fee per adult. We reserve the right to turn away guests who show up with more than, or different than, the number of persons booked on our Airbnb pages.
We have 4 medium-large sized, friendly but curious dogs on the farm. Your well-mannered pets are welcome but please note our pet fee of minimum $50 per night. Final pet fees may vary depending on size & number of animals. If you will be traveling with your pet(s), please let us know specific details in your initial inquiry.
Horses & other livestock can be accommodated from time to time upon special arrangement with host at an additional fee.
We love our farm! Please respect our rules of no smoking anywhere (inside or outside), no loud noise or pool/hot tub use between 9pm - 7am. We are a working farm so please respect that we go to bed early & start work early!
We welcome and encourage our guests to explore the farm. One of our farm crew is always happy to show you around, please just let us know when is best so we can plan!
