Its a fun classy house (including foosball table & putting green) with what one needs to have a fun comfortable stay. The home has 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen complete with stove, fridge, microwave, soap, dishwasher with dishwashing detergent, kitchenware and amenities, a coffee maker with coffee, and much more. There are 2 bathrooms for guest convenience complete with towels and soap. The home is a classic home and offers a washer & dryer complete with soap for doing your laundry at no extra charge. Home also has air conditioning/heat, a huge yard for exercise & parking, updates to the heating system to make it more functional, recently updated exterior/windows, and is really the place to rent when in the Platte area if you are looking to have a good time.

The host may have HUNTING LAND available if you are needing it. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and is within walking distance of the downtown business area and city park. It would be a nice neighborhood to live in permanently.
