You will have your own room w/ the comfiest queen bed in town. You will also share a bathroom & additional common areas w/ myself & other guests.

BEDROOM:
Queen sized bed, memory foam mattress, hotel quality bedding, 32" inch Roku TV with cable, Netflix, & more.
BATHROOM:
Cleaned daily, hotel quality towels, bathtub, hair dryer, essentials included.
KITCHEN:
Standard appliances, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker w/ complimentary coffee, tea, or cocoa, complimentary cereal & milk or oatmeal for breakfast. Canned soda & bottled water are also available for purchase ($1 each, cash only). Use as you please, including the refrigerator.
OUTDOORS & HOT TUB:
Front balcony w/ seating area, 2 screened patios (couches & a 32" TV w/ Roku in one, the Jacuzzi & another seating area in the other). The Jacuzzi is working & usable 24/7 year round. Propane BBQ grill in the backyard.
LIVING & DINING ROOM:
6 person dining table, guest computer, couches, 55" Roku TV, dart board, Foosball table, & a decent selection of tabletop games.

You have full access to all common areas. The only areas that are off limits are the other bedrooms, the garage, & the north side of the balcony which is reserved for the master suite.

A) I am located near the intersection of 78th Avenue & 66th Street. Your map app/site can tell you the rest.
Q) What's the nearest beach?
A) Madeira Beach is 7.4 miles away & takes about 15 minutes to get to.
Q) Can I check in early?
A) You can drop-off items & use the common areas no sooner than noon, but you are not allowed to access the bedroom until 3pm.
Q) Can I check in late?
A) It is self check-in with a code lock. Anytime after 3pm is fine.
Q) Can I check out late?
A) Noon at the absolute latest, but housekeeping will be coming in to get the sheets at 11am.
Q) Can I book long term?
A) 21 days maximum stay & all bookings must be completed through the Airbnb platform.
