Home away from home - a simply stunning apartment overlooking the beautiful lago di Caldonazzo, with a panoramic mountain view that runs as far as the eye can see to the Dolomites beyond. Nestled on the crest of a hill in the tiny picturesque village of Ischia, this wonderfully welcoming apartment is the perfect base from which to explore the amazing array of places to visit & activities this fantastic region has to offer. Or just stay at home on the balcony and soak up the jaw-dropping view...

Residenza Elena is a boutique condominium of just 7 contemporary apartments, all with sweeping views over the lake and mountains that stand before it. The building has been designed to be as energy efficient & eco-friendly as possible, achieving the highest A+ rating available.
Inside the apartment guests will find every luxury they need to make them feel instantly serene and comfortable. Each room has underfloor heating controlled by a digital thermostat and floor to ceiling double glass doors that open multiple ways, every one fitted with modern automatic blinds that can swivel to suit the prevailing weather. The two showers each have oversize shower heads and excellent water pressure.
Being the penthouse, the apartment benefits from vaulted ceilings throughout which really add to the feeling of craftsmanship, light and space. We really enjoy seeing the exposed woodwork and at night the upward-facing lights showcases this superbly. The vaulted ceilings extend to the wraparound balcony outside, which by any standards is enormous. The view all around is stupendous and can't be done justice in words... just take a look at the photos and see for yourself.

Guests will have access to the whole apartment and its amenities, including the garage which has ample space for parking and storage of oversize items. Entrance to the condomimium is from the internal garage area on the ground floor. Guests are greeted by a metal gate at the entrance to the stairwell, where guests will also find the lift serving a selection of the apartments. Our apartment is on floor 6 at the top of the condominium.

As well as having exclusive access to our garage guests can also park in any one of the 3 exterior parking spots at the front of the condominium. Please do not park in the space marked with a "PP", however, as this spot is private. There is also a small car park in the square just up the hill from the condominium and another just in front of Ischia's local church close by, which can be soon from the rear of the property.

Nestled high on the side of the "colle di Tenna" (Tenna hill) sandwiched between the two beautiful lakes of Levico and Caldonazzo, the apartment is uniquely situated to take advantage of the best this area has to offer. Whilst within walking distance of both lakes, for example, it is far enough away from the hustle & bustle of the local towns (Levico Terme in particular) to give our guests a supremely peaceful backdrop whenever they desire it.

I won't be available in person to meet guests, hence everything will be prepared in advance to ensure their transition into the apartment is a seamless one and their stay with us as enjoyable as possible. If it is required someone can be on hand locally to assist in case of an emergency.
