First floor condo, great location! Two Flat screen smart tv, DVD/Blu-Ray player, Wi-Fi, printer, four beach chairs, assigned parking with plenty of guest parking, sit down and put your feet up in the screened in lanai, heated pool, shuffle board, putting green and laundry room just steps away. And of course, air conditioning (I get asked this a lot). This space fits 2ppl comfortably though It does have a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa.

I loved this condo because of its location on Collier Blvd which is the main road aligned with palm trees and nice wide sidewalks for walks or biking. Our unit is on the side so its quiet, relaxing and conveniently on the first floor. Biking to dinner is definitely plus!

Entire condo, club house, pool, putting green and shuffle board (accessories to play are in club house-use the house key after hours), assigned parking space with plenty of guest parking and a bike rack.

If your stating more than 3 months, there is a condo application that must be filled out prior to arrival. There is a parking pass fee of $20 which you'll get back when you return your pass at the end of your stay.

This neighborhood is quite, super friendly and so very clean. Island Manor is within .5 miles of a few restaurants and Italian deli and market.

We're originally from New Jersey. We came for a vacation and fell in love and Marco our home. Blessed to travel for work or play and come back to paradise... how lucky are we!
