This 2bedroom, 2 bath, Lake Front Condo has been nicely decorated in a Beach feel and includes a King in the Master, a Queen in the guest, 3 T.V.s, Wi-Fi, a relaxing balcony with a great lake view and much more. Water's edge is gated and each unit has it's own covered/labeled parking

This unit is a top floor unit and has 1 flight of stairs up to the door. It has a door code/key pad for entry. The unit itself is open and spacious. The unit has 1 covered parking slip and is labeled. There are guest spots that are in the back of the open parking lot.

This unit is located in Water's Edge Condominium Complex. It does have a covered parking spot labeled 'D2'. There are guests spots located at the back of the parking lot. Being a top level unit, there are about 15 steps up to this unit. It is on Highway 7 South of Hot Springs right on Lake Hamilton.
其他注意事項
The complex is gated and the key pad is on the left side of the gate. Guest will need to get out of their vehicle to access and punch in the code for entry only.
The condo association does not allow boat trailer parking on the premises, so we tell our guests they can park their boat trailer at our office, 105 Grand Isle Drive.
There is no slip for boats, but a boardwalk to allow daily tie up.
