You will have exclusive use of the guest suite. The ground floor suite and patio is a private guest area closed off from the rest of the house.
Hosting up to 6 guests, the suite comprises of 3 double bedrooms with quality queen sized beds, quality linen and towels, a welcoming lounge, patio and a shared guest bathroom as well as air conditioning and TV . Premium continental breakfast with local produce and artisan bread is available to enjoy on the patio at your own leisure.
Our home is ideal for groups or solo travellers for one night or longer. The base rate is for 1 or 2 guests. An extra charge applies for each additional guest up to max 6 persons.
Bedroom 1 has a wooden floor if you prefer a low allergy space. Not suitable for children under 12 yrs.

Guests have their own private access via the patio and can self check in with the lock box. Parking available in our driveway.
The outdoor shower after your day at the beach is located at the back of the house. We provide: beach towels during your stay, 2 bicycles for you to explore the Waihi Beach township and cycle way to Bowentown along the estuary, tennis equipment for use at the Waihi Beach Tennis Club.

Our small cat Libby lives on the property but is not allowed in the guest area.
Breakfast includes tea/ coffee , milk, yoghurt , fresh local produce, cereals, artisan breads and home made jams. Gluten free/ dairy free options available on request. The breakfast bar has a kettle and coffee machine, toaster but no cooking facilities.
Waihi Beach has many wonderful cafes, but for your immediate convenience the 4Square’ grocery store is open 8am-8pm 7 days a week with a 24-hour cash machine close by.
On request we offer a courtesy drop off service if you are attending a function (wedding).

The 9km sandy beach is a relaxing 10-minute walk away while the ‘Flat White’ beach front café and restaurant and Waihi Beach Hotel Bistro are a 15 minutes walk away. A short stroll takes you to the Waihi Beach township with many independent local shops, cafes and restaurants. Don't miss the popular Waihi Beach bakery for sourdough breads, croissants, yummy pies and pastries.
