By being exceptionally located only 3 walking minutes from two bus stops, the Townhouse can be easily accessed via public transport. The front door opens up to a magnificent two-piece modern sofa set that features a soothing gray full-body cotton finish laid upon comfortable cushions that may get you sleeping in no time, a lumptious decorative pillow set, and the ability to easily and quickly turn into a fully-functioning bed for one adult or two kids. The minimalist art-deco set of lounge tables feature an industrial gray and metallic finish which perfectly complements the lounge area. Set any temperature and climate mode you desire on the eco-friendly and highly energy-efficient 18,000 BTU and A+++ GREE split unit air-condition. Sit back, choose your movie, and enjoy the fully retractable 43'' HD LED TV that's mounted on the wall right in front of the sofa set, or better yet open up your smartphone's Spotify and endlessly enjoy your music being streamed via our free WIFI internet.

Have a cup of tea or coffee by boiling piping hot water using the large electric kettle. Done with your meal? Put everything in the generously-sized dishwasher. Every single machine used is eco-friendly and energy-efficient, marked A++ or better, certified directly from the manufacturers. The cozy lounge area, with its comfortable sofas, plants and live tree, sits across an elegant, wooden, oak-finished lounge cafeteria and bar, which remains a true work of art to this day. During the night, enjoy shows inside or outside in the spacious veranda which overlooks the Mediterranean. From Avlida's celebrated and renowned Fakir Fire Show, to a kids bouncy castle, modern and classical dance shows and live music, competitive bingo nights, live football on a larger-than-life screen, and the always entertaining Mr and Mrs Avlida competition, your time here will be well spent. Alternatively, drown in one of the sofas and feel lazy watching your favourite YouTube video, free of any WIFI internet charge.

During the day, venture further along and splash in Avlida's sun-soaked pools, one surrounded by tall trees and another sitting atop a roof overlooking the Mediterranean sea; both come with adjoining and safe kids pools. Should you wish something less cosmopolitan, simply walk 30 seconds from the Townhouse to the safe and gated swimming pool located right in the centre of the communal complex. The humongous adult swimming pool is complemented with a safe kids pool and sits in the middle of a veranda area with sunbeds, surrounded by beautiful trees, gardens, flowers and greenery.

The Townhouse is equipped with absolutely everything necessary for a complete self-serviced experience and a comfortable stay. The entirety of the Townhouse will be available to you, as well as communal car park, a kids pool and an adult's pool on the complex's grounds.

Booking the Townhouse will also bring with it the ability to use many facilities and amenities of the luxurious 4 Star Avlida Hotel, which is next door and within a 200 meters walking distance. There, one can use two outdoor swimming pools with an adjoining safe kids pool each, an indoor swimming pool, sun-lounges, children's facilities and playground, a gym, watch and participate in shows and games during the day and night, all free of charge.

Bar and restaurant drinks, as well as food, are available at great and affordable prices. For guests and travellers wishing to take it to the next level, boarding options are available - breakfast, half board, or all inclusive - at bank-beating rates; once booked, boarding options are mandatory until the stay is completed. Ask the host for these boarding packages and for prices. Lastly, guests and travellers can use the guest services desk to book paid experiences and journeys, as well as rent a car, or even benefit from paid massage and spa treatments booked from the reception.

Electricity and water are included in the price. Bed linen, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided, as is cutlery, glasses, mugs, pans and pots, and a barbeque grill. WIFI internet is also on a complimentary basis.

Papers down the toilet are not allowed by the water and sewage authorities, please make sure to use the bins provided. When guests need to move any item of furniture for their convenience, they are kindly asked to return it back to its original place. For health and safety reasons, and to ensure that insurance covers you, please take extra care to lock all doors and windows at all times, as well as all electric machines and appliances. The host is not responsible for any misuse of electrical and electronic equipment, damage caused due to it, or stolen items, and this limited liability is extended to its fullest extent should the guests fail to follow these rules.

The host does not provide security service, will not be present to entertain the guests, may not be reachable at times, and does not provide any type of housekeeping. Maintenance beyond the ordinary and necessary for achieving self-serving and self-hosting by part of the guests is also not to be expected.

Please also note that the Townhouse is located near a school, so there's a brief potential for noise during two particular times of the day, throughout the week. The Townhouse has stairs inside, and needs stairs to be accessed from either entrance; failing to be able to use these will not allow proper access to the Townhouse, and the host cannot be held responsible for this.

Please ensure that you close and lock the gated pool door behind you and at all times when using the pool of the complex; for security and safety purposes this must always be followed, and it is also a strict rule of the management committee of the communal complex. Guests that fail to follow this might be disallowed from using the pool until the end of their stay and the key of the pool door will be removed from them.

Guests are strictly disallowed from smoking in the premises and from bringing pets and animals. Guests are strongly discouraged from, and highly advised to, not put on any loud music, make loud noises or yell, or party inside the premises. Annoying neighbors will cause a visit from the complex's management committee.

Guests can expect a full inspection of the property during their departing minutes, or right after it. The Host reserves the absolute right to deduct any and all insured amount in the booking, and will contact AirBnB for further insurance coverage, should they find anything missing, misappropriated, misplaced, or damaged. Guests are strongly encouraged to leave the Townhouse as they found it, minus of course the normal and expected housekeeping and cleaning that will take place afterwards and is included in the price that guests pay.

Any Hotel facilities or amenities not explicitly and definitively mentioned as included in the price description are not to be expected or demanded by guests. Should you require more from the Hotel during your stay, such as meal and drink plans, please contact the host. We're happy to accommodate any request through a paid process, and guests have much to gain from our exclusive offerings.

Please respect all other guests in the complex and the Hotel, and please do not violate any rule, policy and regulation of the Hotel or the committee of the communal complex.

The Hotel reserves the absolute right to ban guests from its grounds if guests are disrespecting of others and/or break rules, policies and regulations, without warning or explanation. Should you receive any such warning or associated explanation before any such unfortunate event, we strongly suggest you take it to dear consideration so that you can fully enjoy your holidays.

Good, polite and worldly conduct is always strongly suggested and, if followed, should be expected to ensure a good and leisurely stay, as well as maximum use of all benefits, amenities and facilities, throughout both the communal complex and the Hotel.

Lastly, please note that there is a potential for decoration of the house to not be exactly as appearing in photos due to renovations. For example, the dining table and chairs might be a different colour, or the oil paintings might be slightly different than appear in photos. Such slight decorative differences will not affect the leisurely stay of guests.

The Tombs of the Kings Avenue is a highly developed part of the tourist area in Kato Paphos. Within walking distance from the Townhouse, guests and travellers can find almost anything their heart desires and the best Paphos can offer. The communal complex is situated on the second line away from the main road, providing for a quiet, relaxing and semi-urban stay, yet not far from all sorts of amenities and facilities on this Avenue. These include the largest and most modern Shopping and Dining Mall of Cyprus (Kings Avenue Mall), restaurants with international and local cuisine, cafes, pubs, bars and bistros, entertainment venues, archaeological sites, shops, kiosks, grocery stores, banks, money-transferring services, ice-cream parlours, opticians, doctors, Hotels, beaches, and many other places of interest.

Of particular note is the Tombs of the Kings archeological site, which is protected by UNESCO and designated as a World Heritage Site. Guests and travellers can visit this site it after a four minute walk. In the same proximity, guests will find two bus stops with frequent service, one operating towards Coral Bay, the beautiful and cosmopolitan beach with its lounge bars, and the other towards the Harbour and the Old Market.

Further out, yet still very close, one can walk or take a bus or car to the Old Market with its many shops, cafes and scenic architecture. Alternatively, one can visit Paphos Harbour with its yachts and boats, and its Medieval Castle, where the world-renowned Pafos Aphrodite Festival takes place every year. This event hosts some of the most well-regarded Operas from around the world and is attended by critics and socialites alike. Il barbiere di Siviglia - The Barber of Seville - was the latest act to be upstaged here.

In the same area, one can visit the Pafos Archeological Park, a vast area adjacent to the Mediterranean and overlooked by a Lighthouse used mostly during the reigns and sieges of the Medieval Pirates. Housing some of the most important works of art, statues, structures and places of sacrifice and religious observance of the Greco-Roman period, this site should be on everyone's bucket list. It's not more than a 20 minute walk away.

The discerning and selective traveller can always benefit from the rich culture, museums and galleries Paphos has to offer, whilst the thrill-seeker can engage in the numerous boat and safari trips, mountain visits and rough water sports on offer.

Anything and everything is only a moment and a thought away. It's no wonder the city of Paphos was awarded the European Capital of Culture for 2017.

Guests are to be welcomed on arrival from the Avlida Hotel's reception (1st April - 31st Oct). Information, support, assistance in airport transfer and local information can be given by reception or guest services. With the Hotel being less than 2 minutes walking distance from the Townhouse, and the staff at disposal, the highest level of service is assured to you. The Hotel's guest services manager is available to provide a guide of the area free of charge. The Hotel also operates a tour desk with licenced and registered partners. The host will not be available to meet or entertain the guests and travellers.
