We take your safety and our cleaning seriously. A minimum of 8 hours cleaning is undertaken between bookings. All Airbnb Covid-19 cleaning recommendations are carefully and fully instigated.
Only 100m from the beach our apartment features amazing sunsets straight out from the balcony. And chef, you can still watch the sunset while cooking meals, with a glass of wine, from the kitchen.
It is a 2-minute walk to the beach and also to the Shore café or Oceans 21 restaurant. A yummy breakfast/ lunch is available until around 9 pm in the summer season on the weekends. It’s a licensed venue with beautiful beach views and a relaxing atmosphere.
Guests may use all the amenities in the house, TV, CD/radio, Wii gaming and a selection of CD’s supplied.
Washer and dryer are also for your exclusive use.
Toaster, kettle, microwave, wine glasses, crockery and cutlery are supplied.
We will provide cereal, bread, milk, tea and freshly ground plunger coffee beans to get you started. There is a Coles Supermarket located less than 7 minutes away by car, and an IGA supermarket or fish and chips shop even closer for anything else you might need.
The popular Alkimos dive wreck is 100m off the shore.
Shorehaven Beach is a nice place to swim. It is calmer for children at the beach in front of the main grassed area
Yanchep is a 15-minute drive north, you can visit the national park or the lagoon.
If you head further north for another 50 minutes you will discover the Moore river area a great place to spend the whole day canoeing, swimming or try the local fish and chips.

Once you have settled in and are comfortable, you will find an information folder in the kitchen for any small details you might need to know such as Wifi password.
Rules: Simply, we would like you to take care of the apartment and not embarrass us with our neighbours. No loud music. This is NOT a party house. It is a social house.
Cooking of highly spiced and strong odour food will attract a cleaning charge to remove the odour.
Future guests may not enjoy or want the smell.
Please put everything back in the same place you found it. This is part of Airbnb terms of service.
The apartment is non-smoking on the premises including balconies.
On departure, Please place all rubbish in the green rubbish bins out the back of the building.
The yellow top bin is for plastic, glass and paper.
Take care not to lock yourself out!
Security doors can do that.
Please, at all times, carry the front door key with you.
A call-out fee will apply for the 80km drive to let you back in.
