The apartment is rented by rooms( 6 rooms), but common spaces can be shared: kitchen, bathrooms are shared ( 1 bathroom with shower + 1 toilet with wc and sink), living room is eqipped with sofa, tv, small table, perfect space for enjoying coffee and having little talk with other gests in the appartment. From the living room there is the entrance to the balcony - views to the city hall and the main church and also Santa Barbara!
