A converted Maths classroom located on the main road from Paphos to Coral Bay. Our 2 levels loft comes with a big personality and clever design. The loft opens out to sea views from both levels that are a total of 80 sq. meter. Guests have 5 different beaches to choose from in very close/walking distance and a lovely seaside pedestrian road. Maths loft is suitable for couples, young families and the design curious. It has been featured in design blogs such as Dezeen & Dwell among others.

Spacious, bright and split in two levels. The bedroom, lounge and a WC are downstairs while the upper level houses the kitchen as well as one more bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi speakers are available to connect to your mobile or laptop.

At the front you can sit and enjoy the sea view. At the rear, we have a beautiful small patio where you can relax amidst local herbs such as choice among Oregano, Thyme, Lemon verbena, Mint, Basil, Lemongrass, Laurel, Sage or even Hot Chilies. The patio opens out to an olive grove.

As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible and help you create beautiful memories.
For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow our house rules below.
- No shoes within the loft.
- Please keep the place tidy and clean.
- Do not move furniture, books or objects.
- Please wash the dishes before your departure (be careful of the wine glasses).
- Please empty the refrigerator and remove all trash to the Trash bins and recycling space is at the entrance of the parking lot on the right.
- Keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
- BE CAREFUL when entering the parking area with a car, as kids might be playing around.
- Leave the key behind the door before your departure.

In walking distance from our loft you will find a newly constructed pedestrian road that passes from two lovely spots for swimming. You can hike this path and discover your secret spots to enjoy the sea breeze, the nature sounds and smells and the wonderful west coast sunset.
Our area is of great Archaeological importance. Kissonerga Mosfilia, a site of great historical importance nearby reveals one of the oldest Neolithic sites in Cyprus. Water wells discovered by archaeologists in our area are believed to be among the oldest in the world, dated at 9,000 to 10,500 years old.
The "modern version" of our neighbourhood includes a coffee shop, hairdressers, restaurants, mini markets, ATM, computer shop, souvenir shop, car rental, beach bars and banana plantations all around.
In short drive you can reach unique traditional villages like Kathikas, Arodes, Akourdaleia, Miliou and the Akamas peninsula, a promontory and cape with large diversity of life including many vulnerable species, some of which are endemic to Akamas. At Lara Bay (turtle beach) there is a turtle hatchery, where the eggs are protected.
Our loft in situated in between of 5 Sea spots in less than 1.2 km
- Mouttes beach (Next to Cynthiana Hotel) good for Snorkelling + a natural rock pool 500m
- Pente Litharka, a petite sandy beach (Below Queens Bay Hotel) 500m
- Sandy beach (perfect for Surfing, Bodyboarding, Sup) 1.2 km
- Potima Beach 1.2 km (with a big beach bar - restaurant)
- Beach below Vardas Restaurant 600m
