A completely renovated private basement 1 bedroom Apartment with a seperate entrance in a 3 unit home. The space is fully furnished & includes a brand new kitchen, beautiful new furniture and finishings and would be a lovely place to stay while visiting Sarnia. Close to downtown, the water front, trendy restaurants, the hospital and only minutes from chemical valley if you're here for work.

The unit is a separate basement apartment with its own entrance with keypad entry.

Laundry is also included in the unit.

Guests we'll have access to the basement apartment, there is my parking space provided in a parking lot across the street to the east. The space is right beside the small shed

Welcome to 152 Essex St. Basement Unit

There are tenants in the two units above, so we ask that you keep noise to a minimum especially after 9 pm.

There is no outdoor space to use.

(The entrance is the first door on the left side of the house, only 1 step outside, black door with keypad lock).

Access Code will be supplied before your check in. (enter the code, then press the lock button, and pull the door handle slightly)

There's a Roku TV stick with TV channels and you can access your Netflix.

Please do not park in the driveways. (There is 1 parking spot for you in the parking lot across the street towards mitton Street to the East (beside the little shed)

There are garbage and recycling bins beside the garage. Please take your garbage out to these before you leave. If you're here for a long term stay, Garbage is picked up early Monday mornings.

Walking downtown and to the water front:
- Walk West on Essex, turn left on College Ave, then right on George St for 6-8 minutes!

Downtown you'll find Christina St, then Front St. And just beyond that is our beautiful waterfront which is perfect for a walk or run.
