Risa's cottage is a single level updated one bedroom in the heart of Seaside.

This adorable one bedroom cottage sits behind the main house on Forest Street. Just follow the footpath. On the front porch is a wonderful cafe bistro area for two to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. Risa's cottage has a large front yard with plenty of space for young kids to unwind. The cottage is immediately behind "Life Is Good", which is nine cottages west of the Chapel.

Upon entering through the front door you come in to the custom designed living area and dining area. To your right is the queen sleeper sofa and to your left is a flat screen TV as well as a custom built in dining nook with bench seats on either side to enjoy your meals. The kitchen runs along the back wall and has a sub zero compartment refrigerator and freezer, a brand new induction stove top and small sink. Also located above the counter is the microwave. Passing through to the bedroom you will find a comfortable queen bed, with new mattress, built in closet with drawers and the bathroom which has a shower only with a bench seat for your convenience. The cottage is complete with an enclosed laundry room facility off the cottage as well as an enclosed outdoor shower, making it easy to clean up after a long day at the beach when you book this comfortable and convenient one-bedroom cottage on Forest St.

Seaside, Florida is one of the 10 Towns that Changed America. It is a town with emphasized walkability and the founding city of New Urbanism. The main transportation in town is walking or by bike, several of our cottages come with two bikes or bikes with a discount. Every cottage is either a short walk or just steps to the beach. The town hosts a gourmet grocery Modica Market, over 15 dining options, several shops, and a local Bookstore. There are three community pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, a croquet lawn, sand volleyball court, and a family park. For relaxation, there is an onsite spa in town called Beach Ready Spa.

A cottage host will meet you at the cottage to help acclimate you to the cottage. After hours, a check in access code and Welcome Tote with information will be waiting for you at the cottage. Our rental agency is on site in Seaside located on Ruskin Park and available to help with any cottage needs. In-house guests can reach us 24 hours a day/7days a week (contact information to be provided with reservation).
