I’m originally from England.
A retired RN after 30 years.
I teach a little TESOL. When I have the opportunity.
Involved with my community.
Would like to go to India and Thailand one day.
I like to garden though challenging in Alberta!
And I love to sing so I volunteer to sing hymns at the local care centre 2-4 times a month in my neighbourhood.
I like to have friends round for social evenings, games , wine and desserts which if you happen to be around on a Sunday evening you are more than welcome to join in!
I am learning to embrace life in my later years and I enjoy my guests and the variety they bring to my life. But only as much as they allow as each one has their own schedule which I also respect.
If “hello and sleep well” is sufficient then it is meant with as much sincerity as any conversation which may otherwise be of any other length.
