This luxury suite has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private balcony with a fireplace and BBQ and can sleep up to 12! It's 1,823 sq feet.

This suite is a breath of fresh air when walking in. The master suite is secluded on one side of the unit, allowing each person in their party to have their own peaceful space. The master suite includes a king bed, cable T.V., sliding glass door to the balcony, double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, a walk-in closet, and a jetted tub! The second bedroom has a queen bed with cable T.V., and the third bedroom has two double-sized bunk beds that can sleep up to 8 people along with cable T.V. The second bathroom is located near the second and third bedrooms and has a tub/shower combo.
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, and includes everything you need for your stay, you just need to bring the food! The dining room table can seat up to 6 people, and two more people can be seated at the counter. The family room includes a beautiful sofa and loveseat, a stone fireplace, and cable T.V. The private balcony has a BBQ, outdoor fireplace, and seating for four around the table. It's perfect access from the dining room for the entire group to enjoy dining indoors or outdoors.

Just minutes away you can enjoy the coolness of Quail Creek and Sand Hollow Reservoirs. Golfers discover the incredible scenery of Coral Canyon Golf Course across the Street and Sky View 10 minutes away.
Our onsite staff is taking precautions while accommodating the guests with as little disruption as possible.
We are taking extra measures to disinfect properties between stays. This includes sanitizing light switches, door handles, fridge handles, faucets and anything you would frequently touch. We are doing this in addition to our full cleanings of the home to take extra precautions.
Whenever possible, we are avoiding direct contact with guests and owners, but we're available to assist by phone.
Our existing self-check-in process is especially useful in situations like this.
Our linens are professionally laundered at a commercial facility with medical-grade standards.
As an added precaution, we are moving reservations that have back to back arrivals to keep a 3-day window between stays.
**When booking, we take a 1-night room and tax deposit. That deposit is fully refundable and the reservation may be canceled 30 days prior to arrival. If you have booked through VRBO/HomeAway or Airbnb, you will be charged a separate SERVICE FEE from those entities that are not from any of resorts or companies. VRBO/HomeAway and Airbnb charge a service fee to all guests who book through their websites for any reservation. Refunds must be requested through them. If you enjoy ATV's and motorcycles make sure to drive them over to Sand Hollow Sand Dunes.
