Less than a mile to Plymouth center-downtown and Plymouth Rock, Peaceful restaurants, club-dancing, 4 miles from Plymouth Plantation Located Close to Rte 3, On Bus route, Commuter rail, shopping, walk to restaurants, north Plymouth center, and Kingston Collection. Starting Aug 1, 2020 Massachusetts has new Covid regulations. if you are traveling outside of the Low risk states then its the guests’ obligation to quarantine for fourteen days after arrival or until they receive a negative COVID test result. Please visit Mass.gov for information and failure to comply with the quarantine requirement, may result in a $500 fine per day.
This is a 1950's home which i have been remodeling room by room. I just finished with the bedrooms you will rent.
You enter through a newly built grand mudroom next to the garage and enter the kitchen. Feel free to hang your coat in the mudroom coat closet. I have a large living room with a 65” TV, stereo system, a fooseball table, a fire place and wood to burn. I use the fireplace all the time and let me know if it bothers you. Two bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom between which is shared with other guests. i have radiators for heat, they are so warm and toasty yet do make some noise.
A beautiful fire in the winter or a walk to the beach in the summer. Feel free to park in the driveway in front of the front door or lots of street parking. i have a kayak to borrow.

This is a shared house. Two bedrooms are Airbnb.
You will have Shared access to the whole house including full kitchen and breakfast bar. The kitchen is available at all times and you can cook what you want but please clean up after yourself by washing the items you used and wiping down the counter and stove. Also if you are planning on cooking late please be aware there are other people in the house and they might be sleeping.
2 bathrooms, the upstairs bathroom has a stand up shower, sink and toilet with little counter space and the downstairs bathroom has a tub, vanity and toilet with toiletries, hair dryer, iron and clean linens provided.
Bedroom 2 with a door lock and you will receive the key with the house key is 15X12 with good closet, new hard wood floors, new paint, 2 windows and one faces the ocean. Furnished room, side table and chest with laptop desk and comfy chair, Tv with minimal cable, netflix, hulu and many others on the Roku
There might be a dog in the other room and let me know if that will be a problem.
Living room 24X12 with a large Foosball table, a couple couches, chair and minimal cable, netflix, hulu and many others on the Roku
Dining room 16X10 with large kitchen table, breakfast nook with keurig coffee machine and coffee and tea provided.
Outdoor patio with grill, patio with Adirondack chairs and Deck with table and seats. Out door Fire pit.
Beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella available upon request with notice and i have 1 kayak if you would like to use it with notice.
