Charming brick building built in 1919. Apartment has been update to include modern amenities while preserving the original character from nearly 100 years ago. We are located in the Historic Brady Heights Neighborhood just north of downtown Tulsa. Perfect location for events at the Tulsa Arts District, Brady Theatre, Cains Ballroom, the BOK center, Cox Event Center, OneOK Field, and experience the walkability of nearby downtown Tulsa (about a 10 minute walk) or an affordable $5 uber ride.

This space has an original, beautiful, and inviting claw foot tub plus a separate freestanding shower. Throughout the space you will find charm coupled with modern amenities.

Guests are welcome to use the entire space. Kitchen, laundry etc.
Check in is 3pm.
Check out is 11am
$50 late check out fee applies.

There is a private parking lot located behind the building (to the west) or street parking is an option as well.
We are pet friendly. No additional charges for hosting pets unless we determine additional cleaning is required upon check out. (Pet hair, accidents, etc)
My husband and I live 1 block away and keep a close eyes on our rentals.
