There’s everything you might need during your vacation nearby: restaurants with Thai & European food, convenience stores, bars, motorbike and car rental agencies, laundry, massage shops, etc.
Garden with comfortable sunbeds and a spacious barbecue terrace which overlooks a big swimming pool are remarkable features of the Villa. It is surrounded by tranquil and harmonious tropical nature. Our gorgeous and well-designed Villa will make an unforgettable place to enjoy your holiday time in Phuket!
You’ll find all the amenities you may need during your vacation:
- Private big swimming pool with tremendous view of the tropical trees;
- Spacious outdoor terrace with outside furniture and barbecue facilities on the ground level;
- Dedicated high speed internet free of charge;
- Fully equipped kitchen with all the kitchenware you may need during your stay;
- High quality electric appliances in great variety: dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, safe boxes, microwave, oven, rice cooker, coffee machine, blender, kettle, toaster, iron, stove, hair dryer, fan, etc.;
- 3 Separate bedrooms with comfortable king size beds (expensive mattresses) and French windows, and 4 bathrooms attached (including 1 Jacuzzi);
- Separate well-proportioned study room with cozy pull-out sofa bed and working place;
- Convenient dressing room;
- Comfortable sunbeds to take a sunbath on a big lush lawn on the roof top;
- Folding bed; additional set of bedding for sofa bed can be provided free of charge if you request at least 2 days before check in (please see House Rules);
- 2 Smart TV-sets (in the living room and in the bedroom) with HDMI cable to connect your laptop;
- Set of towels for every guest, containing bath, face, and beach towels;

Please note, the villa is located in lush green environment of tropical gardens and forests, and as the result there is a plenty of wildlife in surrounding areas. We use professional pest control solutions to protect the village from insects, snakes and other unwanted visitors. However in cases of heavy rains, flash floods or long lasting droughts you may see some representatives of local wildlife scouting around the garden.
Please, treat any living thing with respect, do not harm the local wildlife. In case if you happen to see a lizard or a snake, always remember, it will want to escape the moment it sees you. So let it escape back to its habitat. And in case of any concerns feel free to contact us any time.

We settled down in Thailand back in 2010. As we have 2 sons, Phuket with its highly developed residential infrastructure, turned to be a perfect place for them to get the initial international education and happy colorful childhood. We truly love Phuket, Thailand, Thai people and their culture ,and of course Thai cuisine. It's a great place for people like us, who love travelling and exploring the world. We take our hosting business seriously. As we manage not only our apartment, but also some, that belong to our friends, who cannot afford staying in Thailand all the time. That's why we are always eager to go the extra mile to make sure our guests are not only satisfied, but happy with our service. Both me and my husband work in construction / real-estate field. That's why we know the island inside out and are always eager to share our knowledge with our guests. Whether it's a local seafood market, an inexpensive shopping center or a mobile phone repair shop - we are always happy to share our knowledge and send the location if needed. We are quite easy going, or at least we seem to be easy going to ourselves :D .
