Beautiful downtown apartment on the ground floor. Located directly on the Avenue. One of only three apartments in Melbourne that can make that claim! Call us for this one or the other two. Great location. The unit is located in downtown Melbourne walkable to many restaurants and shops and not much vehicle traffic. It is less than 2 miles from Florida Tech where we were going. The unit is clean, comfortable and quiet. Overall a great place to stay.
