The house is in a perfect location. Because of the Gulf coast curve, we are 20 minutes distance from some of the most popular beaches in the US like Clearwater, St Pete, Madeira, and Treasure Island. Indian Rocks is the closest and is our favorite beach. We are very easy access to I-275 and US 19 for quick access to downtown St Pete, Tampa and anything in Pinellas County. The world-famous Botanical Gardens are almost walking distance. Other attractions include the renowned Florida Aquarium, award-winning Tampa Zoo, sports with the Rays, Buccaneers, Lightning, and Yankees training camp. There is a steady stream of national and regional musical acts, plays, and Broadway shows. 40 mins to Busch Gardens and under 2 hours to Orlando theme parks.

The home is privately located in a very safe, quiet, and mature neighboorhood of classic Florida homes. We are on the back side with no homes located behind as and mature palms and landscape blocking neighbors on either side. The feeling is deceivingly private and isolated compared to the front view from the street.
Easy access to many stores, restaurants, and conveniences within a 3-mile radius, including Walmart, Publix, 7-Eleven, WaWa, CVS, the Largo Mall. There are also many restaurants including chain favorites like Golden Corral, Chic-Fil-A, Applebees, Red Lobster to name a few and many unique restaurants offering seafood, Mexican, Greek, sushi ... if you are hungry you will find what you want nearby.

We live in this home and occupy two rooms. You have complete access to enjoy all shared spaces, lanai, and outside gardens. Should you wish to use the kitchen we will work around your needs and schedule. The amount of interaction with us is totally up to you and what you are comfortable with. We are happy to share a meal with you at our table, sit and swap stories, watch a movie, or simply allow you as much privacy as you need. There have been a few guests to stay without even meeting us. That's OK too! We are here to support you and provide the experience you wish to have.
