This special place was originally owned by the architect who designed the condos. It’s 1400 sq. ft. is filled with charm and architectural design.
Here are some more great features:
-Soaring 22ft ceilings.
-Fully stocked kitchen with beautiful cabinets, granite counter tops, travertine floors, dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. Purified water is easily had by the faucet filter system.
-Sunken conversation room with vintage fireplace. Great place to read a book or play a game of chess.
-Versailles Travertine in the kitchen and bedroom
-The loft has a trundle daybed and a writting desk.
Here are some of things to be aware of when booking the property.
-There is a spiral staircase that leads to the upstairs master bedroom and loft area. While it does add tons of charm, some people may find it difficult to use if they have issues with stairs.
-The two twin beds are in the loft area located directly above the living room. Since there are no walls or doors it can be loud if there is activity in the living area.
-You can sleep 8 here but it may feel a bit cramped.
-The pool is not heated. It's a small complex and the pool is usually not occupied.
