Very nice condo located on the third floor (no elevator) with amazing views of the ocean, windows all over and great lightning all day long.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, so you have your own full bathroom.
The guest bedroom has a full-size bed, Air conditioner, and a 50” Smart TV, for you to watch Netflix on your account. There is a home theater system as well and we have some movies that you may enjoy. You can also connect your own device.
The condo has a living area with a dining table and an open kitchen in the same space. It is a very cozy apartment. There is a balcony with a small table and a couple of chairs to watch the sunsets and having a bottle of wine, or even dining under the stars.

The location is the best! We are 5 minutes by car from the beach!
We are one block away from the Transpeninsular highway. We are 2 small blocks away from the Walmart. We are also 2 small blocks away from the buses that take you to La Paz. And if you enjoy walking we are 15 minutes’ walk from Historic Downtown of San Jose del Cabo, and about 20 minutes’ walk to the beach. There is a very nice taco place (Taqueria México) just down the block and a few convenience stores.
