Relax in a private modern unit comfortable for both business travelers and tourists. This newly remodeled space includes a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, full refrigerator and freezer, dining set and silverware, dining room, living room with a 46" TV, bathroom with large shower and bedroom with a queen size bed. Quiet and serene neighborhood and quick access ~20 min to downtown Kansas City.

This private guest unit can sleep up to 4 guests, comfortably 2 guests sharing a queen size bed. If you are traveling with other guests we have two spare couches available within the living room space and plenty of blankets and one of the couches folds out into a bed as well.
The modern private guest house also includes:
-46" TV with cable and roku streaming services
-Oven and stove fully functioning for cooking needs
-Full sized refrigerator with freezer for storage
-Toiletries and hygiene products you may have forgotten to pack
-Coffee machine, ground coffee, instant coffee packets, snacks for your convenience
No pets, including service animals, are permitted.
We are:
-30 minutes (31 miles) from the Kansas City International Airport
-14 minutes (9.1 miles) from the Overland Park Convention Center
- 20 minutes (15 miles) from downtown Kansas City, MO
We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and are completely open to your feedback on how we can improve in hosting your time within our Modern Private Unit.

Check in time is 3pm or later. Access to the unit is through the lower level door at the bottom of the paved stairs to the left of the property. There is lockbox outside of the door with the key to enter so late night check-ins are not an issue. Check out time is 11am.
If the weather permits, you can feel free to use the deck, where we have a provided four chairs and large table.
The bathroom if fully stocked with clean towels, basic toiletries, lotion, shampoo and body wash. If you have forgotten something crucial there is a grocery store called Hyvee and CVS a quick 4 minute drive away (1.6 miles).
