Beautiful, recently remodeled home. Second floor. Only two blocks to the beach. See and hear the gulf from the front porch. Private deck on the back that’s perfect for coffee and relaxation.
It is the second floor of a duplex so there is a possibility of guests on the first floor. You each have your own private yard space.

It is street parking. It’s a residential parking street so there is a parking pass for you to use. Usually no problem parking in front of the house. Please be aware because the city only gives me one parking pass if you bring a second car you may have to park it a block and a half away where it isn’t residential parking. They will not replace the pass. Please do not leave with it or lose it.
