You will be in the heart of Rodney Bay, with over 40 restaurants, two shopping malls, casino, bars & more within walking distance. Free access to Bay Gardens Beach Resort facilities is included including the Water Park. Daily maid service and security provided!

This "Ibiza-style" modern villa is well appointed with all what you would expect in a luxury villa and more! Smart home features include Alexa Virtual Concierge and August Smart Lock that you use to unlock your front door with your smart phone (a traditional key can also be used). You also are provided with a smart phone (with local minutes and limited data included) on arrival. If you are a "yachtie" contact us ahead of time to discuss use of the the dock (additional charges apply).

Bay Gardens Beach Club is located at Bay Gardens Beach Resort and you will enjoy free access to the Beach Resort's facilities including complementary beach lounge chairs, passes to Splash Island Water Park (the only obstacle course style inflatable Wibit sports park in the Caribbean located at a hotel), non motorized watersports, activities, fitness center, Coral Kidz Club and more. Bay Gardens Beach Resort is just a 5 minute walk away with regular shuttle service provided to the Beach Resort as well as the other sister properties. You can also make use of the spa, restaurants & motorized watersports and more (additional charges apply).

A private cook is available to prepare breakfast,lunch,or dinner at an additional cost. Guests can purchase an all inclusive plan at a cost of $144 US per night per person which allows them to get all meals and drinks at our sister properties at Bay Gardens Beach Resort and Bay Gardens Hotel (premium items included). The all inclusive plan also includes daily spa treatments. Of course you can always pay for these on the go if you opt not to partake in the all inclusive plan as the restaurants are open to all! The restaurants at Bay Gardens Beach Resort are Hi Tide Restaurant and Seagrapes Beach Bar and at Bay Gardens Hotel we have Spices Restaurant (see the Guidebook for more information)

Rodney Bay Marina
One of the popular attractions when visiting the northern part of the island is the Rodney Bay Marina. As a centre for yachting and sport fishing, it is the most southern Caribbean Marina operated by IGY Marinas. Ideally located in the island’s entertainment capital, it is only a short distance from pristine beaches, stunning scenery, luxurious hotels and tourist hotspots, and is neatly nestled in a well-protected inner lagoon that ensures security and safety for berthing. The 5 Gold Anchor awarded marina was constructed in 1985 and was acquired by IGY in 2007 which led to the rebuilding of the docks and boatyard.
Being voted one of the best marinas in the region, it is a premiere destination for hosting mega-yachts and cruisers and the final landing for the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers (ARC). This 200-boat sailing regatta for cruisers, which is marked with numerous entertainment and events, attracts up to 270 boats undertaking grueling sailing challenges from the Canary Islands across the Atlantic to the marina annually. With well-maintained docks, it is designed and engineered to serve as a haven, offering as many as 221 slips, 32 mega yacht berths with a maximum length of 200 feet and a 13 feet draft.
As an official port of entry, Rodney Bay Marina is known for its experienced on-site customs agents, high-speed fueling, a 200-berth capacity and an adjacent 4.5-acre boatyard with its ability to maintain vessels of up to 75 tons. It also features bars, shops, a pool, restroom and shower facilities, laundry services, banking services with provisioning and duty-free stores. It is only a short distance to a variety of relaxing restaurants, the newly enhanced Bay Walk and Rodney Bay shopping malls, an 18-hole golf course, the Pigeon Island National Landmark as well as a local heliport approximately 20-minute driving distance away in Castries.
