Expansive 180 degree water views are enjoyed from this large, north-facing family home. Comprising of four large bedrooms (three with sea views), two modern bathrooms and two separate living areas. The attention to detail is evident throughout the entire home and the layout works just as well for a small family as it does a large group. The home also features complimentary Tea & Coffee, Free WIFI, blue-tooth speaker, board games, children's toys, a very large TV, Sky & Netflix.

The home's elevation and clever layout means that spectacular views of the Bay of Islands can be enjoyed from the wrap around deck and most rooms.
