I would recommend Pilar's place to anyone going to Florence. Not only the location and amenities of the apartment, but also the help she provides.

Great place close to the main attractions.

You get what you pay for! This is an inexpensive spot with no AC, a pullout couch and no amenities in a very busy and loud area. Difficult to sleep with the windows open because of noise. Best part is the rooftop which isn’t even advertised.

This is a great location - very close to Duomo and other things we wanted to walk to. The rooftop view is incredible!! Pilar and her mother were very kind and helped us catch a taxi when we needed it.
