This is the top half of a two story townhouse with a full kitchen, a large living area, a full bar, two bedrooms, 2.5 baths. 10 ft ceilings, 9ft on the top floor, and attached garage. 5 minute walk to downtown, 20 min walk to Notre Dame!
We only rent by the week or the month.

Furnishings include a king size bed, a queen size bed, a big screen TV, a treadmill, a full bar, and a small booth. The rental includes one spot in an attached garage, and there is also plenty of street parking right in front of the unit. The terrace has patio furniture, a grill, and a large, six-person hot tub.

You have access to the upper two floors of the townhouse. The lower two floors are also rented out (and may be available on Airbnb). There are doors with deadbolt locks separating the units for privacy. There are shared entrance foyers in the front and rear so we both have access to the street and the garage.

The apartment is very close to Notre Dame (5 min drive, 8 min bike ride, 26 min walk to campus based on online maps; our time is actually less). There are a dozen bars and restaurants within two or three blocks. The apartment faces the St. Joseph River. Just across the river and a quick 5 minute walk away is downtown South Bend, which has many other restaurants, bars, the South Bend Chocolate Company, etc.
