Free-standing, Private guest house, behind main house, accessible through the alley, yet still on the main drag in downtown CB. Cozy studio with all the amenities of a big house, but intimate enough for a couple's getaway. Close to everything downtown & only 1.5 blocks from the bus at the "4-way Stop" on Elk ave. Access to the shared yard in the summertime, as well as beach cruisers for rent. 1/2 block to Rainbow park & 1.5 blocks to entire town :)

You will have your own entrance and one off street parking spot in the alley off 8th st. between Elk and Maroon ave. Very spacious studio with plenty of light, a full kitchen, and all amenities you will need. In the summertime you have access to the back yard and Rainbow park is just down the alley. Our main st, Elk Ave, is where all the shops and restaurants are located. The 4-way stop (on 6th and Elk ave) is where you can catch the bus to the mountain to enjoy your favorite snow or mtn. biking activities!

Downtown is the place to be!! And this cottage guest house is on the east end of the main drag (Elk ave.) Walk 2 blocks to the 4-way Stop and catch the bus to access all of the mountain activities, or keep going and hit up the restaurants and shops on Elk. Or come visit me, I live downtown but on the opposite side of town :)

I'm a true local, having grown up in Crested Butte, moved away after high school and am finally back after 21 years! I've lived all over the US as well as overseas, but on July 4th, 2016 I moved back from LA where I was working as an accountant for TV and film. Now I run my new company, Jamie's Jerky, with my father, bringing the world the best Grass Fed Beef Jerky and Turkey Jerky. LA was my home for 7.5 years(never thought I'd say that) and I lived in a great house where I started my first Airbnb...I am really sad to have left that house, but it was time to move on. The last few years I hosted out of houses I was renting, but as of Oct 2018, I am finally a home owner in CB and can create a home I truly care about! I'm super chill and can't wait to share my new home in my old hometown with new people and new faces. Opening my house to new and returning guests brings a smile to my face... hoping you all can feel at home while on your vacation :)
