The loft is a one-bedroom apartment for two people visiting for a holiday, for business or to be close to the city, Perth's major hospitals and the University of WA. It is located in a pretty suburb of tree lined streets, close to all amenities and transport.

* Spacious private balcony with outdoor table and chairs and lovely treetop views.
* Large sliding glass doors lead to the compact living area, bedroom and ensuite
bathroom/laundry.

* Fully equipped kitchen with convection cooktop, electric oven, microwave and
dishwasher.
* Bedroom with queen size bed, bedside tables, luggage space, drawers and a

Subiaco has a café strip for the best coffees and top class restaurants covering all cuisines. Crossways Shopping Centre is only a 5 minute walk to get to.
Kings Park is only 1km away. Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, and the new Perth Childrens Hospital are 2kms away, a pleasant walk, and there is a convenient bus which will take you there, or onto the University of WA. King Edward Memorial Hospital is less than a km away.
