Heaps of room on the front lawn for kids to play, camping and entertaining, BBQ and large outdoor table, fish filleting bay and fish smoker in the 3 car carport, large work bench in the shed, along with a slate pool table and a pub style dart board. There’s lots of space in the fourth bedroom if you want to put a blow up mattress or stretchers etc for extra guests. WiFi included as is Netflix, check out the book shelf for playing cards, board games and a great selection of books! The wooden chest in the lounge is full of kids toys and outdoor entertainment for all ages. Wood Bruner fireplace for those cold nights indoors. Bedding and towels for additional guests over 8 people will need to be supplied by you. Please be aware there are a number of ponds on the property, keep watch of children at all times.
At times there may be a small number of cattle on the property, please be aware fences may be on (electric fences). Don’t try to pat these animals as they are not pets and watch children around fences.
Functions and weddings will be banned till further notice by order of Air Bnb due to Covid 19.
PLEASE NOTE DUE TO RECENT DISHONEST GUESTS THERE WILL NOW BE A SECURITY CAMERA IN THE PARKING/DRIVEWAY AREA.24/7 SECURITY SURVEILLANCE WILL BE OPERATING AT THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE TO MONITOR THE DRIVEWAY AND NUMBER OF GUESTS ARRIVING.

Espresso coffee machine(bring your own beans), Tea, coffee, drinking chocolate and sugar supplied but due to the large variety of “Milk” people like to add to their drinks these days we have not supplied milk of any kind, please bring your favorite hot drink additions.
Due to Restriction placed on all Air BNB listings I am unable to book functions or weddings at this time.
