We welcome you to our gorgeous holiday home in Calpe. Conveniently located and within a 10-minute drive away from the beach and town center. The house is bright and spacious and faces the South and West, allowing for the sun to peak through the windows all hours of the day.
There is a large communal pool that is shared with our neighbours around the corner of our house.

Our home has two spacious bedrooms with two private bathrooms and an upstairs balcony. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living room. Each bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a ceiling fan. For the winter months, we provide small heating units.
The kitchen includes all modern appliances, with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, kettle,etc. We also provide an ironing board and steam iron.
The house is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, TV, and an antenna with international channels. There is also an air conditioning and heating unit in the living space.
Through sliding doors from the living space, there is a large terrace and a beautiful garden with amazing views over Calpe and the mountains. There is also a gas BBQ for you to enjoy.

The entire place is made available to our guests and we won't be around during your stay. There is one dedicated parking spot in front of the house and additional free parking around the back of the house.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
We kindly ask not to smoke inside the house. An ash tray is provided on the terrace.
We are happy to host your dog too! We only charge €30 per stay for a thorough cleaning after your departure and will provide a dog bowl for your pet.
You can use the BBQ located on the terrace, we only ask to place the BBQ at least 5m from the terrace when in use. A €50 cleaning fee is applicable if the BBQ has not been cleaned after use.
