I used divider to make private space for you to be comfortable on that ....
I will not share your space with other guests unless you are two guests
(( Not good place for some one who is sensitive to small noise or someone who plays loud music , loud game without headphones 🎧 and speak loud in the phone and will disturb other guests ))

2-if you have regular car you have to park in visitor parking (( we have visitor parking for regular car)) and if visitor parking be full you have to park in street parking…
also we DON’T have parking for commercial car , recreational vehicles, and all trailers in visitor parking so you have to figure out where you can park your commercial car in out of our apartment complex.
((Visitor parking is 5 minutes walking to home and
Street parking is 2 to 15 minutes walking to home depend on where you will park ))
3- during your staying time if you have any questions or any problems in home such as noise after quiet time (11pm-8am)
or something else

4- we don’t have washing and dryer machine in Home...

9- please clean after yourself using either Toilet or Bath as
A / remove the hair from bathtub or sink after showering or shaving ...
B/ make sure the toilet seat be clean and don’t have any stain after your using
10- if you want to use the kitchen you need to clean up Stove / screen of cabinets/wash Sink and your Dishes and don’t left them dirty /
11- you can use balcony just for smoking a regular cigarettes and balcony is not for 🚫 drinking alcohol 🚫 or smoke other stuff like weed 🚫…. Or seating there long time and talk with cellphone loud on three.
12- Not allowed 🚫 smoking weed or some thing like that in home 🚫
