Brilliantly located around the corner from the surf beach, public transport, shopping and in a fantastic spot to live Bondi Beach life to the max. The apartment offers fine finishes throughout including polished wooden floors, designer furnishings, king size bed and large flat screen smart tv and speak system.
Large sunny window seats overlook the passing parade on Glenayre Ave below.
Windows are sliding, double pained to ensure a very quiet stay.
Sydney heat wave approved, this apartment comes with a newly installed eco friendly central air conditioner.
Bedding configuration:
1 King bed
2 Single beds (just under window) /the set cushions double as beds. Pull out drawers below for belongings.
Relax in your own private terrace with vertical garden and sun lounges. This outdoor space can be enjoyed any time of the day as it is thoughtfully covered with a shade shelter.

This apartment is located above a dry cleaners and up one set of stairs. There is a separate set of stairs ( about 4 steps, quite steep) to access the little garden terrace.
There is no allocated parking space. Street parking is metered directly out front and restricted to 2 hours during the daytime around the corner. Unlimited free street parking can be found within a 5-10 minute walk on Blair Street.
