You have the option of a quick 5 to 7 minute walk, or to take a nice ride on a bicycle (included in the home), or enjoy a golf cart ride (not included). Private pool is fun for families or groups of friends and can be heated on request! Spa pictured is NOT a jacuzzi/hot tub. Pool can be heated for $35/day. Please keep in mind, if outside temp reaches 55 degrees or below, heat won't kick on.

The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances, granite counters. All bedrooms and living room are outfitted with Rokus featuring apps such as Hulu and Netflix, along with Sling TV. You'll have all the comforts of home. The kitchen comes fully stocked with appliances and cookware for your convenience. Full size washer & dryer just off the kitchen. The private pool can be seen from inside the house and is big and inviting! Lots of room in and around the pool for sunning, swimming, & playing! Propane BBQ grill next to the pool as well. Spa attached to pool is NOT a jacuzzi. Pool can be heated for $30/day. Please keep in mind, if outside temp reaches 55 degrees or below, heat WON'T kick on.The neighborhood is gated, private, and quiet. Walking distance to the beach, several restaurants & bars along the beach! The home is nestled perfectly between Destin and Sandestin for easy access to such activities as a water park or Harbor Walk towards the West, or Baytowne Wharf Village and premier outlet shopping to the East.

PLEASE READ: Outside Air temperature has to be above 55° F for pool to heat, as pool pump heaters pull from outside air to generate heat. Please note that on colder winter days, the pool heater will not work. Booking the heater is at your own discretion. Spa pictured is NOT a jacuzzi/hot tub. It stays the same temp as the rest of the pool.
Pet Fee:
Non-refundable.
Approved small dogs under 30 lbs. Only two dogs allowed maximum per stay.
No parking on lawn or street.
