Very comfortable loft bed (up a little ladder). Peaceful house and neighborhood near everything. Close walking to Salve Cliff Walk 1st Beach, Cafes Restaurants Mansions.
Great locale to venture out into Newport on foot - private room with lock. Room is very small but has everything needed to be comfy. We have bikes and a kayak. But ask first. Large peaceful yard to relax in.

House had funky decor and a bit of an "old world charm" feeling mixed with a new age vibe.
Hardwood floors and an imperfect older home that is always being updated. Clawfoot tub and a couple of porches.
Please use the lovely yard with chairs and picnic tables on the other side of the driveway.
Kitchen has everything need to prepare meals, smoothies, coffee, or store your leftovers. We have a blender etc... french press
We don't supply coffee or food but if you bring your own we have everything else. In the summer months we provide water bottles and snacks. June July August
