In case of POWER FAILURE standby generator set is available. Amisa Residences is just a few minutes away from Mactan Newtown where grocery store, fast food restaurant and ATM machines can be found. Please take note that the management of Amisa allows only 3 persons per unit to use the pool for FREE. Any excess will pay P200.00/person/day.
